Item(s) can be returned within no longer than 30 days, and if not used or damaged. Exchange for different size, color or different item is possible only for non personalized items. Custom made collars, custom made belts or any other permanently personalized printed items, can not be returned or replaced. Personalized collars with removable letters are returnable.

We will ship item(s) via USPS First class mail (2-5 days delivery), at your expenses.

Returns for refund will incure 20% restocking fee. Shippingg and handling charges will not be refunded.

Note: Please package your item safely and securely. Please remember this is your property until we receive it.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost or damaged in shipping. Please be advised untill there is proof that we have received your item, it is your property. For your protection, we sugest returns via:

Fedex GROUND (ground includes $100 insurance) or

UPS GROUND (ground includes $100 insurance) or

Priority Mail wirth "Delivery Confirmation"


When you are placing order, please make sure that your shipping address is correct in payment information, as we are not responsible for mail delivered on wrong address. Your corrected address can be sent on or before time when order is placed.

Some products are gift boxed, and their weight or size will determine if they will be sent via USPS First class mail (2-5 days delivery) or Priority mail (2-3 days delivery).

You can request shipping via USPS Express Mail (next day delivery), if order instruction and payment are completed 2 days prior to shipping. Also, we can ship orders via UPS or FEDEX (for larger orders mainly).

Shipping & Handling cost is based on USPS Postal charts, and we do ship worldwide. Two and more items have combined shipping.

Tax for items shipped in TX is charged 8.250% and applies on subtotal + S&H.

Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted as well.

All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders and in U.S. funds. We DO NOT accept personal checks.

When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s (if any), and the full item name and price, as well as your name, address and e-mail (if available). Please, include any additional information requested on page where each item is purchased.
